Refund Policy — NijiSoft

Last updated: October 2025

At NijiSoft, client satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality web design and development services tailored to each client's needs. Because every project is custom, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not apply. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Project Deposits

  • A deposit or upfront payment is required to begin most projects.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time spent on project setup, research, design planning, and resource allocation.

2. Project Cancellation

  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, any unused prepayments may be refunded in full or in part.
  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, any refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • NijiSoft reserves the right to retain payment for completed portions of work, even if the project is not finalized.

3. Completed Work

  • Payments made for completed work (including design, development, consulting, or delivered code) are non-refundable.
  • Once deliverables have been approved, published, or handed over to the client, no refunds will be issued.

4. Monthly Maintenance Plans

  • You may cancel your maintenance or support plan at any time by providing written notice.
  • Services that have already been rendered for the paid period are non-refundable.
  • Future renewals or upcoming billing cycles can be cancelled to prevent further charges.

5. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • NijiSoft is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The project has not yet started, and the client requests cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party tools, such as domain registration, hosting, or premium plugins, are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to external providers.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a project, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your deliverables. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue in good faith before considering a refund.
